1parkplace is looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to join our growing team. We’re interested in efficient, self-starters who also work well in a team environment.

Applicants should be technically savvy and excellent problem solvers; attention to detail is a must. You need to have a passion for website design and a reasonable knowledge of: graphic tools, the WordPress platform, widgets, plug-ins, HTML, CSS and a fundamental understanding of SEO.

Primary role will be coordinating projects with confidence by communicating needs and strategies between 1parkplace clients and 1parkplace team members. Candidates will take projects from the early stages of concept to final publishing.

We are very busy and the ideal candidate can work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, solve problems, and deliver under tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with an established team.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Artistic background and a passion for creativity, learning and building awesome websites
  • Knowledge of website design, site navigation, SEO, Word Press dashboard and plug-ins
  • Fundamental knowledge of graphic tools, such as Adobe Suite and CSS
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and be highly organized
  • Strong verbal and communication skills

Duties and Expectations:

  • Plan and assist with the design/creation of exciting websites by consulting on artwork, text and functions to develop high-performance, SEO-friendly, real estate websites
  • Gather feedback from technical staff on web site development needs
  • Assist developers in building user interface applications
  • Assist in project planning and web site design
  • Optimize content and site structures based on proven SEO strategies
  • Utilize 1parkplace project coordination systems
  • Communicate project structures to 1parkplace team and customers
