Fast growing, technology company has immediate openings for our Member Care/Technical Support team. Position entails close communication with clients to set up their website, provide software support, and resolve other miscellaneous customer queries.

We are looking for energetic individuals who are good with people and truly want to delight customers. Candidates should have good communication skills, written/verbal, and proficiency with the internet and computer software.

This position establishes a central point where clients’ questions/issues can be forwarded for resolution. Qualified candidates will have an intimate knowledge of all 1parkplace products, should be able to resolve most questions and provide client training. This position will have the discretion to further escalate to more complicated issues, which will require development to the appropriate individual.

 Requirements:

 Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in computer technology preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications
  • Advanced knowledge of the Internet and web-based computer applications
  • Experience working with the 1parkplace software

Work Experience:

  • Experience working in an environment handling repetitive calls, emails and live chat
  • Real estate experience a major plus
  • Experience resolving customer issues with a proven track record
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction with proven track record

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve common help requests from our client base
  • Recognize trouble trends and add to our knowledge base, in order to set procedures for handling such issues in the future
