David L. Fry is the WCI Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Fry is responsible for WCI’s Traditional and Tower Homebuilding activity nationwide, and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Mr. Fry previously held positions as WCI’s Traditional Homebuilding Division West Central Florida Region President and Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Services and Amenities Divisions. He joined WCI in 1995 as Vice President of Amenities, and subsequently led Real Estate Services encompassing the operating business units of Florida Title & Settlement, Florida Home Finance Group and Prudential Florida Realty. Prior to 1995, Mr. Fry was Golf Operations Director of the South Seas Resort Company.

Rei L. Mesa is the President of Florida Real Estate Services and President and Chief Operating Officer of Prudential Florida Realty, a firm with approximately 1,800 real estate professionals servicing 17 counties throughout Florida. Since its inception in 1999, the company has quickly become the 2nd largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida and is ranked the 33rd largest residential real estate firm in the nation based on sales volume. He then served as Miami-Dade District Manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. He has more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Rei is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He currently serves as a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Director and a Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR) Director. He currently serves on FAR's Legislative & Political Forum, Strategic Planning Committee, International Operations Committee, Public Policy Committee, Realtor®-Attorney Committee, and Board Leadership Forum. Rei also served as a Director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He previously served as a member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates National Advisory Board and is a member of the Apex Group, representing the top 15 companies in the Prudential Network.
Rei is the Past President, Treasurer and current Director of the 11,000 member Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County (RAMDC). He was selected as the 2008 Realtor(r) of the Year in recognition of his exemplary leadership and service to the real estate industry, contributions at the local, state and national level, commitment to community and charity organizations, and his constant positive focus and leadership benefiting the real estate industry at-large.
Under Rei's leadership, Prudential Florida Real Estate Services has raised more than $1.3 Million dollars for the Sunshine Kids and has been the Prudential Network's #1 fundraiser in 2005 and 2006 and #3 in 2007 and 2008. The Sunshine Kids Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.

Raul Rodriguez

Prior to joining Prudential Florida Realty, Raul Rodriguez was an audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest accounting firm in the nation. He joined that firm in 1994, where he obtained valuable experience in a number of industries, including the real estate industry. He worked with a large number of important companies in Florida and at the national and international levels, including WCI Communities Inc. Raul holds a Master degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and became a Certified Public Accountant.

Rosalie Palmer

Prior to joining Prudential Florida Realty, Rosalie Palmer was Vice President Business Development Administration for Arvida Realty Services. She joined that company in 1985 after migrating to Florida form her native Jamaica when it was Merrill Lynch Realty. Over the 14+ years she was with that organization, Rosalie held a number of increasingly responsible functions, including Assistant Controller and Administrative Manager, as it changed to Prudential Florida Realty and finally Arvida Realty Services.
Rosalie holds a degree in Accounting, received her real estate license in 1988 and the Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1999. She is married with one daughter and enjoys tennis and music.

Sharon Sapp

Sharon has been in the Real Estate and Relocation Industry for 20 years. She has held various positions in Relocation over the years on the Real Estate Brokerage side of the Business. Sharon was also in Corporate Development for a third party relocation company.
Sharon was the recipient of the Relocation Director of the Year award for 2003.
She currently holds several honors from Employee Relocation Council including the CRP designation and is a member of the Relocation Director's Council. Sharon has been a long time member of the Relocation Advisory Council for Prudential Relocation
Sharon enjoys training and assisting others. She currently serves as a Prudential Referral Services Mentor assisting other Prudential Affiliates to reach their full potential. Sharon believes one must have fun doing whatever they are doing and she does.
Sharon is an avid tennis player when she is not wrapped up in a Corporate Group Move or international corporate relocation.

Brigid Peterson

Brigid is responsible for overseeing the operations of 18 Prudential Florida Realty locations with more than 500 sales associates in five counties including Collier, Lee, Charlotte, and Manatee.
Brigid has 16 years of real estate experience with 12 years in a management position. She came to PFWCI when we acquired Bradford Estates in 1999 where she was manager. Brigid took the reins of the "start up" Palm Beach Gardens office in Dec. of 2000. She led the office from its early beginnings and transformed it into an enterprise that has consistently outperformed itself year after year with remarkable numbers. Brigid has exhibited the type of leadership required to achieve outstanding results and has demonstrated her ability to improve the stature and performance of her office and staff by applying sound business strategy and effective leadership skills.

Stacy (Gross) Benedict is the Vice President of eCommerce & Marketing. Stacy is responsible for leading PFWCI's statewide internet and traditional advertising and marketing initiatives.
Stacy Benedict has been with PFWCI since July 2003. Stacy was the local account executive for Realtor.com and the South Florida regional sales manager for Visual Tour. Stacy has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and holds her license active with our Watermark Realty Referral Company.

Ken grew up on Long Island, NY. He has 10 brothers and sisters and one of those being a twin brother. Ken is married for almost
25 years with four children and resides in the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
Ken entered the mortgage industry back in 1981. He started his career in New York as an appraiser. Shortly after that he also entered into loan origination. Ken has originated loans for about
25 years. During Ken’s lengthy career he has experienced the good economics times and the tougher economic times, so Ken is someone you can depend on to be there to help you weather the economic storm. He has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for the past 16 years. During Ken’s career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage he worked his way up through management. He was a Home Mortgage Consultant, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and an Area Manager. Today Ken manages a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage joint venture. While at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Ken has attended the National Sales Conference six times, making the President’s Club one of those six years. The President’s Club is reserved for the top ten producing Managers at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Ken was number four in the country in the President’s Club and that was among hundreds of producing managers and thousands of producing Home Mortgage Consultants.

Rose Sheehan, Attorney. Member of the Florida Bar since 1986. Ms. Sheehan was in private practice until 2005 when she joined Florida Title & Settlement as the East Coast District Manager , and is now the Vice President of the Division. She has specialized experience in real estate transactions, Lender representation, including construction lending, residential and commercial closings, relocation and VIP/Wealth management client services. Ms. Sheehan has been an instructor of real estate law at various universities as well as seminar lecturer at local Law Schools. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
