Marketing Consultant – Real Estate Internet Marketing

Overall responsibility:

1parkplace is growing rapidly; with our newly expanded product line, demand is incredible for our market tested and proven real estate marketing systems. We are expanding our consulting team, who will be representing 1parkplace services, to top agents, teams and brokers across the USA. Position requires consultants to conduct needs, analysis and marketing consultation via phone and Go To Meeting appointments. Marketing Consultant, also interacts with designated 1parkplace VIP accounts to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and assist with account management responsibilities.

Key areas of responsibility:

Build relationships with targeted prospects, leading to sales
Focus on providing expert needs based consultation – not high pressure selling
Maintain follow-up with all prospects via SalesForce client management system
Deliver group presentations to prospects via Webinar meetings
Follow-up with select VIP’s/teams on a scheduled interval for advice
Process orders for approval/payment on scope and quotes from existing accounts
Present marketing and sales presentations, work orders to close on orders
Maintain relationships with clients to maintain excellent satisfaction for referrals
Provide prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers
Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner
Focus on excellence and developing cooperative relationships

Qualifications:

Experience- 2 year degree minimum. One to three years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology or real estate technology. One to three years experience in the real estate industry is desired.
Skills- Must have experience and familiarity with the Internet and uses of the internet. Must be computer and technology literate. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other Requirements- Must be flexible with directives and be able to work in a fast paced team oriented environment. Must be creative in problem solving and persistent with goals and objectives. Must be professional in manner and demeanor.
